Songdo Beach

Did you know that the first public beach in Korea is located in Busan? Songdo Beach is the first public beach in Korea! It is a unique beach with various sculptures and cable cars passing by, and many foreigners visit the beach where you can enjoy it leisurely, even in summer. Moreover, you can enjoy various leisure activities such as kayaking and motorboats in midsummer. There is also a fountain, so even children can have fun, making it is a beach that people of all ages will enjoy.

Walking over the sea while feeling the cool breeze through Songdo Cloud Trail, connected to Geobukseom Island is nice. You can also enjoy the thrill of seeing the waves rolling under your feet through the glass floor.

Another fun activity you can enjoy in Songdo is Busan Air Cruise. It crosses the sea to Songnim Park and Amnam Park at Songdo Beach. You can enjoy the thrill of flying over the sea and seeing all the scenery of Songdo at a glance. You can enjoy Songdo more through Crystal Cruise with a transparent floor.

The cable car departing from Songnim Park runs to Amnam Park in the west. The observatory on the 4th floor is decorated with various sculptures, such as The Little Prince and Moment Capsule. After spending time at the observatory, where you can see Songdo and Yeongdo at a glance, come down to the first floor and go outside to see a park with dinosaur sculptures. It is pleasing to see that children like it so much.

If you leave the park, and go down the road, you can walk pleasantly under the cool shade. At the end is the Songdo Yonggung Suspension Bridge, where you can enjoy the sea of Songdo even more. You can enjoy Songdo Beach, Yeongdo, and rocky cliffs by going to the sea along the stairs.

Wandang

Wandang is a kind of dumpling soup made by putting pork filling in a thin flour skin, making it like dumplings, and serving it with hot soup. However, they are smaller and softer than dumplings, so you have to eat them with a spoon. 'Wonjo 18beon Wandang Balguksu' is the original restaurant that brought Wandang to Korea for the first time and has well over 70 years of history.

Eulsukdo Island

Summer is the season of green. Eulsukdo Island, where you can feel the green most vividly in Busan, is popular throughout the year. If you visit in summer, you can feel the verdure the most. It's a great place to enjoy a picnic under the cool shade of trees at Migratory Bird Park and Picnic Plaza, read a book, and enjoy a leisurely walk with your family, lover, or alone. There is an airport nearby, so airplanes often pass by. You can feel fully relaxed if you lie down and look at it. There is also a large cafe on Eulsukdo Island, so it's great to take a break. Visit the island on a sunny day!

Gamcheon Culture Village

Gamcheon Culture Village is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Busan! Especially many foreign tourists visit there. It is an impressive place with houses densely lined up on the hill like Machu Picchu! Gamcheon Culture Village was created by refugees who fled to Busan during the Korean War, and it became what it is today through the Sanbokdoro Renaissance Project.

There is the Little Prince photo zone, but it is also fun to look for attractions in every alley. The size of the town is quite large, so you'll lose track of time when you walk around. There are many prop shops and eateries here and there, so it's a very fun place for a trip or a date, so make sure to visit!

Jagalchi Market

Jagalchi Market, one of Busan's representative traditional markets, is Korea's representative fish market and is worth a visit as a tourist destination. Also, there are many restaurants nearby. You can enjoy both the fish market in a modern building and the traditional market that still exists. Stop by at the end of your trip or at mealtime to enjoy a variety of delicacies such as inshore hagfish, sliced raw fish, and grilled fish.

Yurari Square is connected from Jagalchi Market to Yeongdodaegyo Bridge. Now, many tourists flock here every Saturday to see the opening of Yeongdodaegyo Bridge. In fact, this was the place refugees promised to meet when separated from their families. It seems like that is why they preserve those memories by putting up a sculpture there. After knowing its history, Yurari Square looks different. The trail runs from Yeongdodaegyo Bridge to Busandaegyo Bridge, so enjoy a walk with the sea of Busan!
