This restaurant specializes in jokbal (braised pork hocks), and has been operated by a couple for a decade. It has a patented method on pork hock cooking. The ingredients used steaming pork hocks are collected directly from the mountains and used after heavy metal inspection from Dong-eui University. It is famous for staying tender even after it cools down.
