Café KUKAN
Check out Café KUKAN created in an old Japanese house built in 1942.
This is a special place to enjoy Syphon coffee, brewed from Fairtrade beans in a historic building. The unique brewing process is a feast for the eyes and the palate, and the rarity of Syphon's coffee, available in limited quantities every day, is an added attraction.
The tatami seats on the second floor are heated and equipped with blankets and cushions, providing comfort in the chilly weather.

Gallery Sujeong
Gallery Sujeong, located in Sujeong-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, is a special space renovated from a 50-year-old Sujeong apartment building. It provides a great platform for up-and-coming artists to showcase their work and exudes a unique old Busan vibe.

Dakbatgol Mural Village
Dakbatgol Mural Village, a vibrant community adorned with six different themes, was created in 2010 by artist Gu Bon-ho and residents who settled there after the 1953 Busan Station Fire. The village's Stairs of Wishes, with its 192 steps, is said to be the place where wishes come true. Adding to the village’s charm, there's also a cute monorail for residents.

Ryun Village, once a mushroom farm, has been transformed into a warehouse-style café and eco-cultural space. The first and second floors serve as cafes and co-working spaces, while the third floor functions as a workation center.
It collaborates with vegan restaurant Nayuta's Kitchen and farmers' markets to promote an eco-friendly lifestyle. On the second Monday of every month, it also hosts a Forest Wellness program, popular among wellness seekers looking to reconnect with nature, featuring activities such as Wellness Retreat and aroma pilates.

Oryundae Martyrs Shrine
The Oryundae Martyrs' Shrine is a significant place preserving the history of Korean Catholicism. It features the Martyrs' Cathedral, which houses the mausoleums of eight Busan martyrs and the remains of 26 Korean martyrs, along with the Korean Martyrs' Museum, showcasing various artefacts.
Behind the church lies the Way of the Cross, a symbolic walkway representing the sufferings of Jesus, leaving a profound impression with every step you take.
While the museum and Daeseongjeon Shrine are currently under construction, there are still plenty of other places to explore. Keep an open mind, embrace the unfamiliar, and discover how truly enlightening travel can be.
