4233 Mind Space

4233 Mind Space opened in Gwangan-dong, Busan after Seoul. Just as the Yeonnam branch in Seoul is very popular, the Gwangan branch is becoming increasingly popular with visitors.
Have you ever wondered what it is about them that has captured the hearts of so many?

4233 Mind Space is an experiential psychological exhibition space for people who want to get to know about the person of their interest in different relationships and share psychological healing experiences.
For the unique name of the center, the number 42 represents 'between' people and the number 33 represents the shape of two people, reflecting the nature of the place where you can experience psychological interaction 'between two people'.
As the name suggests, the space is for two people only and reservations are required as a private experience program is offered.

Once inside, there are three corners that you must go through in order:
‘Me Next to You’, where you can see yourself from the other person's point of view,
‘My Life Barometer’, where you choose the seven values that are most important to you out of 60,
and ‘Values, Together’, where you prioritize your chosen values and create a character that reflects your values.

Once you've cleared these corners, you'll find yourself in the Heart Square, where you can do the activities in any order you like, but be prepared and patient to wait for people who have already been there.
Once you've completed the experience, you'll be given a key to the Heart Room. We can't reveal the contents of the program here, but there are many testimonials of people being moved to tears during the experience, so be prepared to be emotional.

After all the experiences, you can also have a consultation with an expert, depending on the program you have booked.
On your way out, take a look at some of 4233 Mind Space's unique souvenirs to make the most of your experience.

Enjoy a special moment of mutual understanding at 4233 Mind Space, Gwangan Branch!

rocarl is a perfume workshop located in AREA6, a cultural complex in Yeongdo. True to its name, which is a Busanized version of the English word 'rocal' meaning 'local,' the shop offers fragrance products themed around various attractions in Busan.

The bright interiors and unique scents that fill the small shop make you feel good from the moment you walk in. In addition to buying finished products, you can take a one-day course to create your own scent.

Bomulsum in Busan

A throwback to the 1970s and 1990s, Bomulsum in Busan is like an exhibition center filled with eye-catching items from the moment you enter. Advertising posters and other retro items fill the steep staircase. Inside, where popular songs from the 80s and 90s play nonstop, you'll find abacuses, old cassette players, tin lunch boxes and all sorts of other items. If you're middle-aged, these are the things you used as a child, and if you're young, these are the things your parents' generation used.

It's not just a pile of old stuff, but it's organized and categorized in a way that makes it easy for people to see and experience. A kitchen with old sweets, condiments, drinks and more. A music room with records, tapes, and old posters. A study room with textbooks, book bags, Boy Scout uniforms, and more. A liquor collection with vintage, exotic and unique liquors. It's a collection so alive that you can feel the nostalgia just by walking through each room.

Everything is there to touch and buy. You can even put on your old school uniform, try out the items and have your photo taken as if you were back in the day.

Jukseonggrim

Jukseonggrim is a cultural complex that combines the history of Jukseong-ri, Gijang-gun, Busan, with hands-on play. It is run by a couple who were former curators of children's cultural spaces and museums, so it is designed to allow children to enjoy culture in a more friendly way.

Jukseonggrim is 100% reservation-based, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable three-hour experience per time slot. The KRW 7,000 entrance fee, which includes a drink, makes it even more worthwhile. There's also a menu of kid-friendly snacks, such as pizza and bread.

There are various play areas, such as "Coloring Zone," where children can paint freely in a large space, "Moonlight Night," where they can play with props and chalk, "Jukseong Forest," where magnets and blocks are the main tools, and outdoor toy fishing. Each play area has a thematic story that reflects the history and culture of Jukseong-ri, Gijang-gun, so you can let your children have fun and enjoy a cultural experience at the same time.

They also run paid programs, such as “Making a Sea Treasure Jukseong Fish Bowl” and “Making a Gijang Gift Set,” for more unique experiences.
Experience Jukseong-ri with all your senses at Jukseonggrim, a playground for children and adults!
