You have probably heard of Songdo Beach in Busan which is the first beach in Korea. This well-known beach has been reorganized and reborn as the new hot spot of Busan.
Songdo Beach is known for its four famous sites names the Songdo Cloud Trails, Busan Air Cruise, Songdo Coastal Trail, and Songdo Yonggung Suspension Bridge. Today, we would like to introduce to you the Songdo Yonggung Suspension Bridge that is getting popularity on social media.

Songdo Suspension Bridge, which had been destroyed by the typhoon before, was rebuilt as the Songdo Yonggung Suspension Bridge 18 years later. The bridge connects Amnam Park to the uninhabited “Dongseom Island” on the other side. It measures 127.1m long and 2m wide.
Tourists can visit the Yonggung Suspension Bridge by taking public transportation, riding the Busan Air Cruise, or by driving. Those who drive may park their cars at the Amnam Park Parking Lot and take the staircase on the side to reach the entrance of Amnam Park Trail while the opposite side is the entrance to Yonggung Suspension Bridge.
At the Songdo Yonggung Suspension Bridge, you can view Songdo as well as the Amnam Park Coastal trail, the cable cars, and the Songdo Beach. Where else can you see modern buildings, oceans, cliffs of unique rock formations, and blue sky in such perfect harmony?
The Yonggung Suspension Bridge is made of wire mesh. Thus, people can see unique rock formations and blue ocean under their feet. Moreover, the waves crashing against the rocks create pure white clouds of spray. The fishermen on the coastal rocks are also an interesting sight to watch. Walk on the wire mesh and feel as if you could grab the rough waves and strange rocks with your hands. All these things help clear up the mind.
The tail of the Yonggung Suspension Bridge is in a round shape, allowing tourists to view the uninhabited island in 360 degrees.

After enjoying the Yonggung Suspension Bridge, we recommend visiting the forest park and Amnam Park.
Walk the trail of Amnam Park to check out the thick pine forest and enjoy the therapeutic effects of the forest. While walking, you will be able to see the cable cars in operation.
The four forest courses inside Amnam Park allow visitors to see the beautiful harmony created between the ships floating on the sea between the pine trees, the marine trees and blue ocean, and the cliff.
Songdo is full of beautiful scenic resources such as Songdo Beach, Air Cruise, Yonggung Suspension Bridge, and Amnam Park. It will always surprise you.
