The nighttime tourist attraction Yongdusan Village celebrates its second year.
Busan's leading city park, Yongdusan Park, is a must-visit spot for travelers visiting Busan, as it has many things to see, such as the Diamond Tower, a renovated Busan Tower, a Statue of Admiral Yi Sunsin, and the Octagonal Pavilion.
The village is even more colorful and organized this year, and is guaranteed to make good memories of a midsummer night spent outdoors. Don’t miss the new flea market, where you can see various products. I recommend looking around there before enjoying the village in earnest.
At night, when the pretty lights decorated in the park shine brightly, it feels like you've come to a night market. There are also various food and drink, such as cold beer, coffee, tea, and Tornado Potato, so enjoy the good atmosphere by visiting for a walk or a date.
An eerie horror experience called Asylum Ward is the highlight of Yongdusan Village. You discover hints and solve problems so that you can make your way out of the asylum. This activity will give you goosebumps due to the tense tension. You have to rely on a flashlight to get through the dark and eerie interior, and with the creepy screams in between, it can be really scary. Be sure to enter with friends or other people.
Busan Tower, one of the landmarks of Busan, is also a special place to enjoy Busan at night. Currently, the lobby is equipped with Emotion Walk, a Media Wall, and a Pop Art Photo Zone in collaboration with pop artist GANZ.
Take the elevator and go up to the observatory. You can see the whole of Busan through the window, and the view will blow you away. The observatory also has a game to find hidden diamonds using QR codes. Moreover, if you go downstairs, you can have a unique experience of viewing Busan through various lenses.
You can also enjoy beautiful fireworks that take place at 10-minute intervals from 8:00 p.m. to 9:50 p.m. 12 times a day. Enjoy a feast of colorful fireworks at the observatory of Busan Tower: projection-mapping fireworks at the observatory window with Busanhangdaegyo Bridge in the background, colorful bursting fireworks, and lanterns.
When you come down after visiting the observatory, there is a wonderful photo zone and unique exhibition, so enjoy these too.
