In accordance with Article 24-2 (Free Use of Public Works) of the Copyright Act, materials provided by the Busan Tourism Archive for which the City of Busan holds the full copyright and has obtained the rights holder’s consent for use under the Korea Open Government License (KOGL) may be used freely without separate permission, provided they bear the KOGL mark.

- If materials are not marked with KOGL or are designated as not available for free use, you must obtain permission from the copyright holder before use.
- For materials disclosed on this website for which the Busan Tourism Archive does not hold full copyright, there is a risk of copyright infringement. Therefore, any use beyond simple viewing, such as unauthorized alteration, reproduction, distribution, or adaptation, is prohibited. Violations may be subject to legal penalties under applicable laws.
